Can you use alertpay on ebay

I've read that alertpay isn't allowed on ebay , but i'm still confused about this. Do you think if I pay with my credit card through alertpay I'll be protected if the seller doesn't send the item?

Thanks girls! I'm finding it hard who to trust through this whole thing, so I figured this is the best place to come! May 4, 13, I've never heard of alertpay. If it's not an allowed eBay payment method then you can refuse to pay this way as they are in violation of eBay rules. If they cancel the listing then no he can't leave feedback. For Alertpay good for ptcs because you don't need to be verified in buying stuff in the internet unlike paypal some sellers wants buyers to be verified in paypal.

Paypal is not valid in Pakistan. I don't feel like joining moneybookers,LR,solidtrust or any other e-currency. Also go to the resolution centre and check what cases have been opened If he opened a dispute then ebay would have refunded him if you could not prove actual delivery with an online tracking number. If ebay forced a refund but he has subsequesntly recieved the item then you cannot do anything about it via ebay.
